Sophia Hatzelmann is an entrepreneur and business leader with over twenty years of experience in the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors.
As co-founder of ahc GmbH, Sophia specialises in technical management consulting, with a focus on innovation and digitalisation. She is also an Industry 4.0 scout, and was awarded the title of Engineer Powerwoman by Hannover Messe in 2018.
Her approach is grounded in real-world execution with a human-first outlook. She challenges businesses to rethink traditional methods, embrace new models and play an active role in shaping the future of our society.

ahc played a central role in delivering Tesla’s Gigafactory in Grünheide, a 3.0 million m² site designed for high-efficiency, scalable EV production. Across project management, quantity surveying and construction management, ahc controlled costs, contracts and execution in a fast-moving, highly complex environment.
